Make sweet potato-shaped bread, a fun treat for kids and a delicious afternoon snack with warm tea. Inspired by the popular Korean sweet potato bread, this recipe is easy to recreate at home.

Instructions
- Mix tapioca flour, white sticky rice flour and powdered sugar. Mix well.
- Add eggs, corn syrup and vegetable oil, stir with a spatula. Add warm liquid milk, then knead until smooth.
- Add the butter, knead again until smooth (the dough will be soft and sticky). Add flour, knead again.
- Cover the dough with plastic wrap, and store in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Mix all the filling ingredients, then divide into 12 parts.
- Take 1 dough skin then flatten it and fill it with the filling. Close tightly and have an oval shape resembling a sweet potato.
- Place the mixture on a tray or plate that has been coated with purple sweet potato flour. Do this until the dough runs out.
- Roll the formed dough in purple sweet potato flour until smooth. Arrange on a baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper.
- Prick the mixture using the blunt end of a toothpick in several places so that it resembles a sweet potato.
- Bake at 150°C until cooked, 20 minutes.
- If you don't have corn syrup, you can replace it with sugar syrup.
