Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 cups jasmine rice
  • 2 cups water
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon avocado oil or olive oil

Steps

  1. Rinse 2 cups of rice in a mesh strainer until the water runs clear. Transfer it to the Instant pot with the water, salt and oil and stir gently just to combine.

  2. Cover and cook on high pressure for 4 minutes then let the pressure release naturally, for 10 minutes.

  3. Open the lid and fluff the rice with a fork.
