Ingredients

  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup unsalted butter (cold, cut into pieces)
  • 2 large eggs (beaten)
  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
  • milk (to brush on scones)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
