- 12 ounces pizza dough (store-bought or homemade )
- 2 teaspoon olive oil (or as needed )
- ⅔ cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- toppings as desired
Steps
Preheat the grill to 500°F.
Prepare all topping ingredients (if using).
Cut an 18" piece of Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Foil.
Place the foil dull side up and roll out the pizza dough to ½" thick (or thinner if desired) directly on the foil. Brush both sides of the dough with olive oil.
Transfer the foil to the preheated grill and cook 4-5 minutes or until the dough begins to bubble and is lightly browned on the bottom.
Using tongs, flip the dough over and add pizza sauce, toppings and cheese. Reduce the heat to medium-high, about 400°F.
Close the lid of the grill and cook an additional 4 minutes or until cheese has melted and dough is cooked through.
Cool 5 minutes before cutting.
