Resep Hotteok
Hotteok are Korean sweet pancakes with a crispy, chewy dough and a filling of sweet brown sugar, often sold as street food in Korea and now increasingly popular in Indonesia.

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sticky rice flour and instant yeast. Stir well then add granulated sugar and salt, stir again.
- Add water and cooking oil, stir until evenly mixed. Make sure the texture of the dough is slightly soft.
- Cover the dough with a clean napkin and let the dough rest for 1 hour at room temperature.
- Filling: Puree the roasted peanuts, mix with palm sugar and ground cinnamon, stir well. Set aside.
- After the dough has risen, grease your hands with oil then knead the dough briefly.
- Take enough dough, flatten it then add 1 tablespoon of filling or to taste. Close the dough tightly. Place the dough on a tray that has been smeared with cooking oil so that the dough doesn't stick.
- Heat the Teflon with a little oil, fry the Hotteok while pressing it so it becomes flat.
- Fry until brown, then remove from heat. Serve warm.
