Ingredients

1 servings
  • 1 small -medium banana (peeled + sliced)
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup fresh or mango chunks
  • 1 cup kale (I used baby Kale)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina powder*
  • 3/4 cup orange juice (preferably freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

Steps

  1. Place the the ingredients, except for the hemp seeds, in a high powdered blender and blend until smooth and creamy. If you like your smoothies thin, add orange juice or coconut milk. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with hemp seeds. Enjoy!
