Holiday Detox: The Mean Green Smoothie.
My kind of detox time...the good kind, the delicious kind. Duh.

- 1 small -medium banana (peeled + sliced)
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup fresh or mango chunks
- 1 cup kale (I used baby Kale)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon spirulina powder*
- 3/4 cup orange juice (preferably freshly squeezed)
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
Steps
Place the the ingredients, except for the hemp seeds, in a high powdered blender and blend until smooth and creamy. If you like your smoothies thin, add orange juice or coconut milk. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with hemp seeds. Enjoy!
