Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 -4 large firm tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • freshly shredded parmesan
  • flaky sea salt
  • balsamic glaze
  • basil

Steps

  1. Preheat a grill to high heat. Slice the tomatoes into 1/2 inch slices. You can seed the tomatoes but it is optional, I left mine with the seeds. Drizzle with olive oil.

  2. Add the sliced tomatoes to the grill. Grill on each side for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Remove from the grill and serve with optional toppings if desired.
