Ingredients

1 servings
  • 1/4 cup milk (any kind, I used whole milk)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 medium orange (peel cut off)
  • 1/2 banana (a frozen one works great*)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 6 -8 ice cubes (or to taste)

Steps

  1. Toss all the ingredients in a blender and blend away! Start with 1 tablespoon of orange concentrate and add more from there. This makes about 14-16 ounces, or 1 serving.
