Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into cubes. Boil chicken meat with 1 teaspoon salt for 5 minutes. Lift and drain. Set aside.
  2. Heat the oil. Saute the onions until soft.
  3. Add ground spices, red chilies, bay leaves and galangal. Saute until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken breast. Stir well.
  5. Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper. Stir well.
  6. Pour in water. Add cayenne pepper and tomatoes. Stir well and cook until the sauce reduces and the spices are absorbed. Lift.
  7. Ready to be served.
  8. 1. Apart from cutting into cubes, chicken can also be shredded. 2. Cabbage can be replaced with other vegetables such as mustard greens or caisin.
