Garlic Sesame Noodles
Garlic Sesame Noodles – Asian-flavored spaghetti with soy sauce, garlic and sesame. Easy and delicious recipe that takes 15 mins to make.
Ingredients
- 8 oz (230g) dry spaghetti
- 3 g arlic (finely minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon white sesame
- 2 stalks scallions (roots trimmed and cut into small rings)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 -2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Steps

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente.

Mix all the ingredients for the Sauce in a small bowl, stirring to combine well. Ensure the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the garlic and sesame, and stir to mix thoroughly.

When the spaghetti is cooked, drain it in a colander. Transfer the noodles to a large mixing bowl, add the sauce and scallions, and stir to combine well. Serve immediately.
