Fresh Mint Sauce

- ½ cup fresh parsley (packed)
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves (packed)
- ⅔ cup vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Steps
Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse 2-3 times or just until chopped. The sauce should not be smooth.
Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
Serve over grilled meats (especially lamb) or with lamb meatballs.
