Instructions

  1. Roast peanuts until 3/4 cooked. Remove and cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix eggs, garlic, powdered sugar, salt and nuts. Mix well.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the coating flour. Stir well.
  4. Add the nuts to the flour coating. Stir with your hands so that the flour sticks. Take the beans through a sieve with large holes and tap to remove excess flour.
  5. Heat a lot of oil over medium-low heat.
  6. Fry the beans until the outside is brown and cooked. Lift and drain.
  7. Ready to serve or store in a jar when cool.
  8. Use low heat so that the beans cook evenly and don't burn quickly.
