Instructions
- Roast peanuts until 3/4 cooked. Remove and cool.
- In a bowl, mix eggs, garlic, powdered sugar, salt and nuts. Mix well.
- In another bowl, mix together the coating flour. Stir well.
- Add the nuts to the flour coating. Stir with your hands so that the flour sticks. Take the beans through a sieve with large holes and tap to remove excess flour.
- Heat a lot of oil over medium-low heat.
- Fry the beans until the outside is brown and cooked. Lift and drain.
- Ready to serve or store in a jar when cool.
- Use low heat so that the beans cook evenly and don't burn quickly.
