Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour (more if needed, plus additional for dusting)
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 2 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon salted butter (softened)

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Set aside.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs. Add the eggs, milk, and butter to the flour mixture. Stir with a fork to bring the ingredients together. Once the dough begins to hold together, use your hands to combine.
