Ingredients

12 servings
  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
  • One 8-ounce tube refrigerated crescent rolls
  • ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spray a 9x13-inch pyrex pan with nonstick spray.

  2. In a large skillet, cook the sausage until browned. Drain any accumulated fat, and discard.

  3. Pat the rolls into the prepared pan- have them go up the sides to create a rim. Seal all of the seams. Sprinkle the cooked sausage over the crust, and sprinkle with cheese.

  4. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and pepper. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the sausage and cheese.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the egg is cooked through. Slice and serve immediately.
