- 2 pounds boneless pork chops
- 1 (0.87-ounce) packet pork gravy mix
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup beef broth
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
Steps
Add 1 (0.87-ounce) packet pork gravy mix, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, 1 cup beef broth, and ½ teaspoon ground black pepper to a 4 or 7-quart slow cooker and stir to combine.
Add 2 pounds boneless pork chops and submerge them in the liquid as best you can.
Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW for 6-8 hours.
About 10 minutes before serving, combine 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water in a small bowl and add it to the slow cooker along with ¼ cup heavy whipping cream. Stir until combined, then cover and cook for 10 more minutes to allow the sauce the thicken before serving.
