Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 pounds boneless pork chops
  • 1 (0.87-ounce) packet pork gravy mix
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream

Steps

  1. Add 1 (0.87-ounce) packet pork gravy mix, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, 1 cup beef broth, and ½ teaspoon ground black pepper to a 4 or 7-quart slow cooker and stir to combine.

  2. Add 2 pounds boneless pork chops and submerge them in the liquid as best you can.

  3. Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW for 6-8 hours.

  4. About 10 minutes before serving, combine 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water in a small bowl and add it to the slow cooker along with ¼ cup heavy whipping cream. Stir until combined, then cover and cook for 10 more minutes to allow the sauce the thicken before serving.
