- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary (or ¾ teaspoon dried crushed rosemary)
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley (or ¾ teaspoon dried parsley)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
