- ½ cup (1 stick) butter
- 1 medium garlic clove, (minced)
- 8 ounces crab meat
- ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 12 ounces fettuccine, (cooked and drained)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh Italian parsley
Steps
Melt the butter in a large skillet; add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add the crab, cream, cheese, salt and pepper. Heat, stirring constantly, until blended.
Add the hot cooked noodles to the sauce. Toss lightly and serve immediately.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
