Ingredients

6 servings
  • ½ cup (1 stick) butter
  • 1 medium garlic clove, (minced)
  • 8 ounces crab meat
  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 12 ounces fettuccine, (cooked and drained)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh Italian parsley

Steps

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet; add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add the crab, cream, cheese, salt and pepper. Heat, stirring constantly, until blended.

  2. Add the hot cooked noodles to the sauce. Toss lightly and serve immediately.

  3. Garnish with chopped parsley.
