Resep Lepet Jagung
Lepet is a traditional Javanese sweet treat from East Java, wrapped in either young palm leaves (for the sticky rice version) or corn husks (for the corn version). It's primarily made with corn as its main ingredient.

Instructions
- Take ¾ of the shelled corn, then grind it roughly.
- In a bowl, mix all the shelled corn with grated coconut, sugar, salt and vanilla powder. Stir well.
- Take a piece of corn husks. Fill with 2 tablespoons of lepet mixture. Roll it lengthwise and close it tightly. Do this until all the dough is used up.
- Steam the lepet for 30 minutes. Remove and let cool.
- Ready to be served.
- Choose sweet young corn.
