Ingredients

  • 16 ounces penne (or other medium pasta)
  • 1 ½ cups grape tomatoes (halved)
  • 8 slices bacon (cooked & crumbled)
  • 2 cups cooked chopped chicken
  • 4 hard boiled eggs (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 avocado (peeled and diced)
  • 4 g reen onions (sliced)
  • ⅓ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing)

Steps

  1. Cook pasta al dente according to package directions. Run under cold water.

  2. Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl.

  3. Add dressing and gently toss to combine.
