Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 g arlic clove, minced
  • 1 scallion, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Chinese black vinegar, known as chinkiang vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chili oil
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon plain rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil

Steps

  1. Mix: Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Serve: Divide the dumpling sauce among 4 dipping bowls and serve with gyoza, potstickers, or dumplings.
