  1. Saute the garlic and onion until fragrant. Add ground beef, stir until it changes color. Add carrots, peas and corn, stir until evenly mixed. Add salt, ground pepper, granulated sugar and ground nutmeg. Stir well. Add beef stock. Cook until absorbed. Add vermicelli. Stir well. Set aside.
  2. 1. Mix potatoes, milk powder, salt, pepper powder, nutmeg powder, egg yolk and grated cheese. Stir until smooth and set aside. 2. Grease the bottom of a heatproof dish with margarine. 3. Arrange half of the potato mixture on a plate. 4. Pour all the filling ingredients over the potatoes. Cover the filling again with the remaining potato mixture. 5. Create a slash pattern with fork strokes. Brush the surface with egg yolk. 6. Oven for 30 minutes at 180°C until cooked.
  3. 1. If you don't have a potato masher, you can use a ulegan to mash the potatoes. 2. To make it easier and get smoother results, mash the potatoes directly after they are steamed (hot).
