  1. 1. Ganache: melt dark cooking chocolate and liquid milk, stir well. Store in the freezer. 2. Brownies: melt dark cooking chocolate and butter, stir well. Let it warm and set aside. 3. Prepare a baking dish measuring 20 x 20 cm. Line with cake paper or baking paper. Set aside. 4. In another container, mix the eggs and caster sugar using a whisk. 5. Add flour, cocoa powder, milk powder and baking powder. Stir well. 6. Add the melted chocolate. Stir well. 7. Pour the mixture into the pan. 8. Preheat the oven to 170°C. 9. Bake the dough for 25-30 minutes. 10. Remove and cool. 11. Spread the surface of the brownies with ganache or chocolate spread then sprinkle with walnuts. 12. Store in the refrigerator until the top jam hardens. Cut into pieces according to taste and ready to serve.
