Instructions

  1. Turn on the steamer over low heat then cover the steamer lid with a napkin and grease a 24 cm diameter baking pan with cooking oil.
  2. Sift the flour in a bowl then set aside.
  3. Prepare a glass, add the chocolate and hot water then stir well.
  4. Add sweetened condensed chocolate and chocolate paste, stir well and set aside.
  5. Mixer eggs, granulated sugar, SP, baking powder and baking soda until white streaks form.
  6. Add the flour little by little, stir until combined, mixer at lowest speed.
  7. Add the chocolate mixture then mix on the lowest speed.
  8. Add the cooking oil, stir using a spatula slowly until the oil is completely incorporated into all the mixture.
  9. Pour the mixture into the pan and steam for 30 minutes. Prick with a stick to ensure doneness.
  10. Once cooked, remove and cool to room temperature. Then remove from the mold. Topping: Cook the dark chocolate until it melts, then pour it over the cake, sprinkle with sprinkles and let the chocolate set. Ready to be served.
