Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 lb . (500g) shrimp (peeled and deveined, tail-on)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro leaves ( or parsley leaves, chopped finely)
  • 2 tablespoon Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic (chopped finely)
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 pinch salt

Steps

  1. Soak the bamboo skewers in cold water. Rinse the shrimp and pat them dry with paper towels. Set aside.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the marinade. Add the shrimp and toss to coat evenly. Marinate for 30 minutes.

  3. Fire up the grill and cook the shrimp until they're fully cooked and slightly charred on the surface. Serve immediately.
