Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1½ teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1¼ cups whole milk
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup butter, (melted and cooled)
- 2½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Steps

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray an 8½ x 5-inch bread pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Whisk together 2 cups all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1½ teaspoons garlic powder, and 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning in a large mixing bowl.

Gently stir in 2½ cups shredded cheddar cheese.

In a separate bowl, whisk 2 large eggs. Add 1¼ cups whole milk and ¼ cup butter, melted then whisk until combined.

Pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture. Stir until just combined and no flour streaks remain. Do not over-mix!

Pour the batter into the prepared bread pan and bake for 60 minutes or until the bread is cooked through the center.

Cool the bread in the pan for 10 minutes before serving and slicing!
