Resep Bubur Kampiun
This traditional Minangkabau porridge is a common treat during Ramadan, combining flavors like sweet sticky rice pudding, green bean pudding, black sticky rice pudding, candil pudding, and banana kolak for a truly special dish.

- 1. In a container, mix rice flour and 250 ml coconut milk. Mix well then set aside. 2. In a saucepan, mix the remaining 500 ml of coconut milk, pandan leaves and salt. Boil until boiling. 3. Add the rice flour mixture to the stewpan, while continuing to stir so that it doesn't form lumps. Cook until the porridge is thick and explodes. Lift. 4. Set aside.
- 1. Boil the sticky rice in water until the sticky rice breaks down and is soft. Stir occasionally so that the bottom of the pan doesn't harden. 2. Add cinnamon, pandan leaves, sugar and salt. Continue to cook until it becomes mush. Add water if necessary and it feels like the sticky rice is not yet soft. Lift. 3. Set aside.
- 1. In a pan, boil green beans with 1 liter of water until the beans burst and are cooked. 2. Meanwhile, boil brown sugar and 250 ml water until the sugar dissolves. Remove and strain. 3. Pour the boiled sugar into the green bean stew pan. 4. Add ginger, pandan leaves and salt. Stir and cook until boiling. 5. Pour in the thick coconut milk, bring to a boil once again, stirring so that the coconut milk doesn't break. Lift. 6. Set aside.
- 1. In a bowl, mix the sticky rice flour, tapioca flour and salt until smooth. 2. Pour in warm water little by little while kneading until smooth. 3. Divide the dough into 3 parts. Add 1 part green coloring, 1 part red coloring, and 1 part without coloring. Round shape like marbles. Set aside. 4. Cook brown sugar, pandan leaves and water. Let it boil and the sugar dissolves. Remove then strain. Bring the filtered product to a boil again. 5. Insert the candlestick circle into it. Cook and let it float. Lift. 6. Set aside.

- 1. Prepare a serving container or bowl. 2. Pour in enough compote and porridge. 3. Ready to serve.
- 1. Soak black sticky rice and green beans overnight so that they become soft more quickly when boiled.
