  1. Peel and cut the banana into rounds. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix coconut milk, eggs, sugar and salt until smooth.
  3. Add the banana pieces and stir gently.
  4. Prepare banana leaves. Put 1 piece of pandan leaf. Add 2 tablespoons of banana mixture. Wrap it into a tum shape, then pin it with a stick.
  5. Steam the gesing sprigs for 20 minutes until cooked. Lift.
  6. Ready to be served.
  7. 1. Choose temple bananas that are really ripe so that the results are legit. 2. Types of bananas can be replaced with plantains and kepok. Don't forget to choose the ones that are ripe. 3. Choose good banana leaves. Dry the leaves for a while so they are softer and don't tear easily when used to wrap.
