Instructions

  1. Sprinkle Ingredients: Mix all the splash ingredients. Cook on the stove while continuing to stir until it boils. Remove and set aside.
  2. Mix sticky rice flour and salt.
  3. Stir the mixture and knead while adding warm water little by little, until a dough can be formed.
  4. Heat plenty of water in a pan. Let it boil.
  5. Take and shape the dough into the size of a marble. Put it in boiling water. Boil until the candil mixture floats. Lift and drain.
  6. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, water and pandan leaves. Cook until boiling.
  7. Add the candy mixture. Mix well.
  8. Pour in the tapioca solution, stir until the porridge is thick and explodes. Lift.
  9. Serve the porridge with a splash of sauce.
