  • 1 lb (500g) baby carrots (cleaned and rinsed)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • chopped parsley (for garnishing)

Steps
