Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/4 cup shallots (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar (DeLallo )
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (I love DeLallo )
  • Garam halal (dan lada hitam, secukupnya)
  • 2 cups plum tomatoes (chopped)
  • 4 ounces mozzarella (chopped or perlini (about 1 cup))
  • 2 cups DeLallo Mezzi Rigatoni Pasta (atau dasi kupu-kupu, 8 ons kering)
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic glaze (DeLallo )

Steps

  1. Didihkan sepanci besar air asin. Setelah mendidih, tambahkan pasta dan masak sesuai petunjuk kemasan hingga al dente.

  2. Dalam mangkuk besar, campurkan bawang merah, bawang putih, cuka anggur merah, minyak zaitun, 1/4 sendok teh garam & 1/8 sendok teh lada hitam segar. Diamkan selama 5-10 menit agar meresap.

  3. Tambahkan tomat, mozzarella & pasta matang; campur untuk digabungkan. Tambahkan kemangi & aduk perlahan.

  4. Taburi dengan glasir balsamic.
