Resep Puding Brownies
This brownie pudding combines the flavors of brownies and pudding into a unique, denser dessert experience. It offers a richer texture than typical puddings.

Instructions
- Prepare a mold measuring 10 x 25 x 7 cm, moisten it with water then set aside.
- Blend white bread, gelatin, chocolate powder, DCC and water. Pour into pan.
- Add the sweetened condensed chocolate milk and granulated sugar, stir until evenly mixed.
- Cook over low heat until boiling, turn off the heat.
- Beat the egg yolks in another bowl. Then take a spoonful of the pudding mixture, put it in the egg yolk, then stir until smooth.
- Put the egg yolk mixture into the pudding pan. Turn the heat back on, stir quickly and bring to a boil once more.
- Remove and pour into molds, let sit for a few moments, then sprinkle almonds or walnuts on top. Let it harden.
- Cool in the refrigerator, then cut into pieces and ready to serve.
- 1. When cooking pudding, keep stirring it all the way to the bottom of the pan so it doesn't burn. 2. Use a stainless steel stock pot from DineMate (See Lazada DISCOUNT).
