8 ounces penne (or medium pasta)
5.2 ounces Boursin cheese (1 box)
2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese (more for garnish)
salt and black pepper (to taste)

Steps

In a large pot cook the pasta according to package directions. Before draining, reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
Drain the pasta and add it back to the pot.
Stir in the Boursin cheese, gradually adding pasta water as needed.
Remove from the heat and stir in Parmesan cheese.
