Ingredients

  • 2 leaves kale, (rinsed, ribs removed and torn)
  • ⅓ cup fresh blackberries
  • ⅓ cup fresh blueberries
  • ⅓ cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ¾ cup tart cherry juice
  • fresh fruit, (for garnish (optional))

Steps

  1. Add all ingredients except the fresh fruit for garnish to a blender and process until smooth.

  2. Pour the smoothie into a glass, top with fresh fruit (if desired). Serve immediately.
