- Mix all ingredients except baking soda, then stir using a mixer at low speed until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Let the dough sit for ±30 minutes. Then mix baking soda with ½ tablespoon water, set aside.
- Heat the martabak/Teflon mold.
- Add baking soda to the mixture, stir well, then put it in the martabak mold and leave until the martabak has holes in it, then sprinkle with granulated sugar and cover, leave again until the martabak is completely cooked.
- Remove the martabak, then spread with butter and sprinkle with toppings and SKM.
- Martabak is ready to be enjoyed.
- 1. It's better to enjoy it while it's warm. 2. The toppings can be created according to taste. 3. If you want a thicker dough, for this recipe you can make 1 pan with a diameter of 22 cm, or 2 pans for a diameter of 22 cm with thinner martabak.
