Resep Getuk Pisang
Getuk is a traditional Indonesian snack, commonly found in East and Central Java, made primarily with cassava but can also be combined with bananas, taro, or sweet potatoes.

Instructions
- Prepare a rectangular baking dish, line it with banana leaves and pandan leaves.
- Steam the banana and cassava until cooked then remove from heat.
- While hot, mash the banana and cassava together with grated coconut, granulated sugar, salt, vanilla and coloring until evenly mixed.
- Pour the getuk mixture into the pan, smooth the surface while compacting.
- Steam again for 30 minutes then remove from heat.
- Once cool, cut into pieces according to taste. Serve with a sprinkling of grated coconut.
