- Peel the banana and cut it obliquely.
- Prepare a pan, add water, brown sugar and pandan leaves.
- Cook until the brown sugar dissolves.
- Put the bananas in the sugar solution, cook until the bananas are half cooked.
- Add coconut milk, salt and granulated sugar.
- Cook while continuing to stir so that the coconut milk doesn't break, cook until the bananas and coconut milk are cooked.
- Prepare a bowl, arrange the compote into the bowl. Banana compote is ready to be served.
