Banana Chocolate Chip Bread
A classic banana bread recipe with twist of added chocolate!

Ingredients

- ½ cup (1 stick) butter, (at room temperature)
- 1¼ cups granulated white sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup (about 2 medium) mashed ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chocolate chips ((mini chips are best))
Steps

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour one 8x5-inch loaf pan.

In large bowl, use an electric mixer to combine the butter and sugar. Add the baking soda, sour cream, eggs, bananas and vanilla. Blend well. Stir in the flour and chocolate chips, just until combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake 40 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
