- Peel the banana then slice thinly.
- In a container, mix sugar, salt and water. Mix well then set aside.
- Heat a lot of oil over medium heat. Fry the bananas until they look brown.
- Put ½ tablespoon of the sugar-salt mixture into the frying pan. Be careful because the oil will explode. Wait until the oil calms down, then remove the bananas and drain.
- Ready to be served.
- 1. Grease your hands with cooking oil before peeling the banana skin so that your hands don't get black from banana sap. 2.
