Ingredients

6 servings
  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup butter, (melted and cooled)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a glass 9X13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and whisk together until well blended.

  3. Pour into a glass baking dish then place in the preheated oven.

  4. Allow the eggs to bake uncovered for 10 minutes.

  5. After 10 minutes, stir the eggs and bake for 12 additional minutes. It will still be liquid at this point but it comes together and cooks perfectly.

  6. Fluff and season with salt and pepper if needed. Serve warm!
