- 1 pound (500g) asparagus spears (trimmed)

- 1 teaspoon canola oil
- 1/2 teaspoon lada hitam
- 1/4 teaspoon garam halal
- 2 tablespoons air jeruk
- 1 teaspoon unsalted butter (melted )

Panaskan oven terlebih dahulu hingga 400°F (200°C). Dalam mangkuk, campurkan Panko (atau remah roti), keju Parmesan, kulit lemon, minyak canola, merica, dan garam.

Susun asparagus di atas loyang berlapis foil dan panggang selama 8 menit. Taburkan campuran remah roti di atas asparagus dan panggang lagi selama 4 menit. Keluarkan dari oven dan taburi dengan jus lemon dan mentega cair.
