White Chocolate Sauce

- 8 oz white chocolate, (chopped)
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon clear vanilla extract
Steps
Heat the half and half on the stovetop in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.
Once it starts to boil, remove it from the heat and add the chopped chocolate and butter.
Whisk until smooth and stir in the vanilla.
Let cool and enjoy!
