These signature "rainy city" souvenir breads are famous throughout the country, featuring miniature sizes and a variety of flavors like cheese, chocolate, nuts, sausage, smoked beef, and corn.

- In a non-stick frying pan, mix all the ingredients. Stir well. Turn on the heat to low then cook the starter ingredients while continuing to stir until it thickens and becomes a sticky mixture. Turn off the heat. Set aside.
- In a bowl, add all the dry ingredients and starter mixture. Stir until evenly mixed.
- Add all the wet ingredients. Knead with your hands or a mixer until it becomes a semi-soft dough.
- Add butter and salt. Knead again until smooth and elastic.
- Roll the dough into one. Cover the container with a clean, damp napkin. Let stand for 40-45 minutes until the dough has doubled in size.
- Corn Vla: In a non-stick pan, mix all the ingredients and cook (continuously stirring) over low heat until bubbling. Remove and set aside.
- Deflate the dough. Divide and weigh 25 grams of dough each (approximately produces 32 loaves of bread)
- Add filling and toppings. There are 5 flavor variants, so each flavor amounts to 6-7 loaves.
- Sausage Flavor: Flatten the bread and wrap it around the sausage. Spread the top surface of the bread with the spread.
- Banana Flavor: Flatten the bread then fill the banana in the middle. Spread the top surface of the bread with the spread.
- Chocolate Flavor: Round the bread then spread the top surface with the spread. Give chocochips as topping
- Cheese Flavor: Round the bread then spread the top surface with the spread.
- Vla Corn Flavor: Round the bread then press the middle until it resembles a well. Fill the center with corn vla. Spread the top surface of the bread with the spread.
- Prepare a baking sheet. Spread with margarine thinly. Arrange the patties on a baking sheet and leave plenty of space between them. Let it expand again until it doubles in size.
- Place the bread in the oven and bake at 180ºC for 12-15 minutes. Remove and cool.
- Cheese Flavor: Spread the surface of the bread with mayonnaise. Then arrange the grated cheese on top.
- Ready to be served.
- 1. Don't skip the second proofing (bread rising) process, namely after the bread is formed, because this determines the maturity of the bread when baked later. 2. Preheat the oven before using it for baking. When the bread dough is about to be baked, make sure the oven temperature is right at 180OC. If the temperature is right, the bread will be perfectly cooked in 12-15 minutes, marked by a brownish surface. 3. If the size of each loaf is 25 grams, you feel it is too big, then the weight can be reduced to @15 grams. 4. How to grate cheese so that it is long: position the grater crosswise over the cheese with the sharp part of the grater pointing downwards (toward the cheese). Pull/swipe the grate in a longitudinal direction. Set aside the grated cheese.
