  1. Cook rice, cassava, yellow sweet potato, sweet corn and lemongrass with 900 ml of water.
  2. After the water has reduced, then add the remaining 900 ml of water again, stir well. Cook until the corn and sweet potatoes are soft.
  3. Add salt, stock powder and pepper powder, stir well. Adjust the taste according to taste.
  4. Add spring onions, spinach, kale and pumpkin, stir well.
  5. Cook briefly until the vegetables wilt, turn off the heat. Add basil, mix well.
  6. Saute the chopped garlic in 3 tablespoons of cooking oil until fragrant and golden yellow, stirring constantly so that the onion doesn't burn.
  7. Pour the sauteed garlic and oil into the porridge, stir well.
  8. Serve warm with shrimp paste chili sauce and fried salted fish. Can also be served with dabu-dabu chili sauce.
  9. Soak the rice first in water for approximately 1 hour. The goal is to make the rice soft quickly when cooked.
