Tiktok Soup Dumpling Lasagna Recipe
Dumpling lasagna is an easy to make version of classic xiao long bao, but lasagna.

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1 cup cabbage (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 1 tbsp ginger (minced)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine (optional)
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp white pepper (or black pepper)
- 1 package fresh wonton wrappers
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
Steps

Lay out 3 ramekins or small heat proof bowls about 3.5" wide and 2" deep.

In a large bowl, mix together the ground pork, cabbage, green onions, ginger, soy sauce, Shaoxing wine (if using), toasted sesame oil, salt, and white pepper. If you don’t have white pepper, you can sub in black pepper.

Into the ramekins, add a 1 tbsp layer of the pork dumpling mix, then top with a wonton wrapper. Continue alternating pork and wonton wrappers until you almost reach the top, about 8 layers. Just after the final layer of pork mixture, add about 2.5 tbsp chicken stock to each of the ramekins.

Finish with a layer of 2 wonton wrappers.

Steam for 20 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.

Remove from the steamer, let cool slightly, and enjoy with desired toppings.
