Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 14 oz canned tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (see notes)
  • 8 ounces pasta of choice (I used campanelle)

Steps

  1. Melt the butter in a medium sized pot over medium-low heat. Add the garlic and stir, cooking, until soft but not brown, 1-2 minutes.
