Thai Sweet Chili Peanut Noodles – quick noodles with a creamy and spicy Thai peanut sauce. Four ingredients and 15 minutes to make.

- 8 oz (230g) spaghetti
- 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- peanut (or cashew nuts, chopped )
- cilantro leaves (for garnishing)
- lime wedges
Steps

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain the spaghetti.

Add the peanut butter, sweet chili sauce, and apple cider vinegar to a small saucepan. Heat on low, stirring to mix well. In a mixing bowl, toss the spaghetti with the peanut sauce. Top with peanuts or cashews and cilantro, and serve immediately.
