- ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste, (or grated ginger)
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste, (or grated garlic)

In a bowl whisk together ¼ cup creamy peanut butter, 3 tablespoons sesame oil, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons lime juice, 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce, 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 teaspoon brown sugar, 1 teaspoon ginger paste,and 1 teaspoon garlic paste,.
