  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice, about 2 large limes worth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
