Instructions
- Break the joints between the middle wing and the lower wing. Pull the bones and meat out of the open part of the wing. Do this slowly so that the skin doesn't tear. If it is still stuck, carefully cut the veins and flesh with the tip of a knife, until it is free from the skin.
- Collect the meat from the dredged wings. If it doesn't reach 250 grams, you can add chicken fillet.
- Puree the meat with all the remaining ingredients using a food processor / chopper.
- Take the meat mixture using a small spoon and fill it into the wings until they are full. Pin open ends of wings with toothpicks if necessary. Do this until the dough runs out.
- Steam the stuffed chicken wings for 30 minutes until cooked. Take it out.
- Heat lots of oil. Fry the wings over medium-low heat until brown. Lift and drain.
- Ready to be served.
- 1. Slice with a knife the bones near each wing joint to sever the veins which will make it difficult to remove the bones. Do this very carefully so you don't tear the skin. 2. These stuffed chicken wings are suitable for making frozen food stock. Store steamed and fried wings in the freezer every time you want to eat them.
