Ingredients

1½ cups heavy cream
1½ cup whole milk
⅔ cup dark brown sugar
½ teaspoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
6 Star Crunch Cookies (chopped very small, about 1½ cups worth)

Steps

Combine the cream, milk, brown sugar, salt, vanilla bean paste, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Whisk to combine.
Process according to your machine’s instructions. When the mixture is almost done churning, add the chopped cookies. Finish churning and serve immediately for soft-serve ice cream or transfer to a freezer-safe storage container and freeze until ready to serve.
